Hein has carried out Lloyds Quality Assurance audits for over 10 years. After that he sold Hoek Design ships in
Edam for another 10 years at Hoek Brokerage. Among other things Hein is expert in the field of quality in organisations. Efficient and qualitatively high level producing of ships can happen by introducing a good quality system. On behalf of ECB Hein will focus at quality systems. The growing activities for the Marine Equipment Directive (MED/Wheelmark) for large vessels will also be a challenge for Hein. In this legislation quality control frequently is a legal requirement. A beautiful match for Hein’s knowledge. Beside being a passionate sailor Hein Bloemers also enjoyes regattas and has sailed on the Equity and Law in the Whitbread. |

Legal information to entrepreneurs in the field of legislation and trade is enormously important. Many entrepreneurs have questions concerning the legislation and how legislation must be applied in their company. Frequently it is not simple to stipulate which legislation applies. Thus if an entrepreneur gets a claim, the actual legal position of that entrepreneur is clarified and by ECB through this cooperation.

IT auditor
Geert-Jan van Bussel is business administration expert, administratively information expert and archivist. He has links with the
School of
Archives, the Dutch institute for Archive education and - research, and as such he is a University professor to the
University of
Amsterdam, in management, document analysis and record and archives management. Moreover he is guest-professor at several (foreign) universities. He had been involved in composing the reference model for RMA-software specifications ReMANO 2004, now NEN 2082. His other activities are aimed at content auditing and developing very specific tailor-made coachings and trainings. He has written more than fifty books, Article and papers and is (has been) chief editor of several publications. |
