ECB Nederland is specialised in maritime survey and certification, especially Recreational Craft, Yachts and Marine Equipment. ECB Nederland provides the necessary and legal means to the industry that wishes to introduce products to the European Market.
Producers are obliged by legislation and market demands to prove the quality and safe operation of the products. Audit, survey and certification procedures that are executed by an independent and professional organisation with a high level of expertise and experience warrants that products meet the demands of consumers and legislation.
The European Certification Bureau Nederland is registered by the European Commission as Notified Body under nr. -0614. ECB is accredited by the Dutch Counsel of Accreditation and is appointed by the Dutch government to perform legal survey’s and certification for the Recreational Craft Directive and the Maritime Equipment Directive.
Due to the (inter)national recognition of the ECB logo, the ECB survey’s and certifications have proven to be a valuable asset for the acceptance, value and quality of your product.
