In any case you want to ensure that the hull complies with all the strength requirements in order to be able to CE mark the boat at a later stage on the completed craft.
For this ECB has especially developed an ECB hull certification scheme. Whereby ECB will not only asses the hull strength but also additional requirements such as escape ways, tanks breathers, filling lines …
The ECB hull certification enables you to complete a so-called III-a form in which you declare that the (uncompleted) craft as delivered complies with all requirements applicable at that stage.
